Shipping Policy

Elizabeth London products are made to order. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing time

Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time and may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when an item requires additional quality checks.

Estimated delivery

United States: typically 2–8 business days after production.
International: typically 10–30 business days after production.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, and other events outside our control can affect arrival times.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. When tracking is available, you will receive it after your order ships. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping addresses

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected at checkout.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery issue, contact us promptly with your order number. For an item that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, follow the reporting steps and time limit in our Refund Policy. We will work with the fulfillment provider and carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.
