Made-to-Order Return and Refund Policy

Elizabeth London Collective products are created especially for each order. Please review product descriptions, color selections, and size charts carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the item and the problem.

After we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost. You generally will not need to return the affected item.

Incorrect Size or Color Selected

Because every item is made to order, we do not offer standard returns, exchanges, or refunds when a customer selects the wrong size or color.

As a courtesy, eligible customers may request a one-time Fit Assurance reorder of the same product and design in a different size at 20% off. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. Fit Assurance requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or other changes of mind after production begins.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after processing for your bank or card provider to post the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Customers in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, and other jurisdictions may have additional statutory consumer rights.
