Elizabeth London™ retains sole and exclusive rights to display, reproduce, and distribute the artwork across all merchandise formats, including—but not limited to—T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, and future products. The initial purchaser does not acquire ownership rights to the artwork, NFTs, or derivative merchandise beyond the item purchased.

However, the initial purchaser is entitled to a Lifetime Royalty of 20%, derived only from future net sales of the specific item originally purchased.

Upon purchase, you will receive a Digital Agreement formally recognizing your entitlement to this royalty. Once the agreement is completed, all terms and conditions are satisfied, and your account is processed, you will also receive a Certificate of Authenticity verifying the legitimacy and uniqueness of your item (terms and conditions apply).
